Second in my series of Sailor/1950's inspired dresses is this blue number, which is extremely similar to the white dress I completed.

The collar is a normal rolled-collar with square lapels. A white and red striped dickey to add a bit of a nautical twist. Three white stripes at the edge of the skirt and one along the edge of the collar.

In construction, it will be very similar to the white, with the same style petticoat and skirt, with same armhole-princess-seamed bodice.
