I love your dresses, but why are your girls so boney? It's actually a little bit scary Looking at her hips, and her arms reminds me of those pictures you saw about the holocaust survivors.
it's a fashion design croquis, Drawn two heads taller than real life with everything being stretched out. (Believe it or not, there are thinner croquis out there than mine. These would be translated to about a size 2 in real life).
Yeah, but I know very tall girls that are size 00 (they're not anorexic or anything, they just have a very slender bone structure and have a hard time gaining weight even when taking mass gainer) and they still don't look like that lol. Or like the character Bayonetta who is almost 7 heads taller in character design yet still isn't... starved looking lol [link]
True, she's a bit skinny and looks a bit bony, but i think what's a little more misleading was that the bodice isn't form fitting, it's actually shaped that way, boned and formed.
That's true, I think it's the pointiness that's throwing me off. It just reminds me of when you have really thin girls who's hip bones stick out and look all sharp an stuff. With corsets you still get the shelfing of the hips, but they're nice and rounded so it still looks feminine. [link][link]
I love Dita Von Teese! yeah, its not a corset, it's false hips similar to hip pads from the early fifties as in Charles James construction, just more angular.
It just reminded me of a corset from the shape... but pointier (<- I don't think this is a real word) Also, I learned something new today, I didn't know that hip pads were a thing. Cue reading rainbow.
